Senior Manager - Procurement 高

They are now looking for a Senior Manager - Procurement to join their Shanghai office. This role will support procurement, sourcing, and technical activities while helping establish their operations in China to contribute to the global offshore wind portfolio.

Area of Responsibilities:
§ Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key Chinese suppliers and sub-suppliers.
§ Deliver market intel analysis on pricing, supply/demand information, supplier profiling/supplier longlist.
§ Manage Due Diligence processes and Risk Management assessment of Chinese suppliers.
§ Monitor and understand Chinese offshore wind market practices.
§ Contribute to tender strategies and support/facilitate RFI/RFP processes.
§ Support in high-stakes negotiations with key suppliers.

Position requirements:
§ Master’s degree or above in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
§ 7-15 years related work experience from procurement/sales/project management department in offshore wind or relevant industry.
§ Experience from an international company is preferred. Overseas work experience is a plus.
§ Technial background is preferred.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is a must.
§ Willing to travel.
