职位描述

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager for MAN PrimeServ Omnicare Shanghai office from where the local 3rd party business of MAN PrimeServ Marine & Power is managed and coordinated. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the local Omnicare business in China is sustainably growing and that MAN is able to sell, deliver and execute products and services. By identifying, developing and implementing local business models and cooperation you will ensure future growth of PrimeServ Omnicare business.


Sales and Business Development Manager (Omnicare)


Areas of Responsibility:
? Identify, establish and deliver new business models on providing services and selling parts for non-MAN equipment.
? Based on the strength of the local organisation, identify the areas where additional local Omnicare business can be developed, prepare the first pilot projects, sell and implement first projects together with the local teams
? Actively approach local representations of various OEMs of maritime and power equipment, identify the right contacts and develop together aftersales cooperation models
? Build relations and develop cooperation with local repair yards
? Visit customers together with the sales organisation to identify the needs, get feedback on the provided offers or delivered projects
? Build local supply chain for the Omnicare spare parts and ensure that the sold projects can be executed according to highest standards
? Align the expectation of the local organisation regarding any new business model and involve local teams early enough in the projects / process.


Qualifications:
? University degree or equivalent in engineering, business or comparable
? Minimum 5 Years experience in purchasing, sales or business development role in marine industry
? Experience of working in Shipyard, Repair yard or trading company, good connections with key stakeholders in the industry
? Tenacious and structured in sales approach
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Additional languages are advantageous.
